STATE-OF-THE-ART AIR POLLUTION CONTROL

FOR KITCHEN EXHAUST

Kitchen exhaust from very busy restaurant or take-out place can contain huge amounts of visible smoke

and invisible odors produced by cooking process.

Among especially polluting processes are:

o             Live and imitation charbroil

o             Rotisserie over live charcoal (Portuguese style)

o             Wok stir-frying (Chinese and Tai style)

o             Meat and poultry roasting (Chinese style)

o             Chain broiling (Burger King style)

o             High volume frying

o             Wood burning pizza

Our systems have been successfully applied to virtually every conceivable cooking application in a large number of customer sites. Urban locations like Manhattan or downtown Philadelphia with dense population and very expensive real estate create situations when polluting kitchen exhausts interfere with the quality of life of the residents.

These demanding conditions require uncompromising performance from an Air Pollution Control System.

Typical Air Clean System consists of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) for removal of visible pollution (cooking smoke) and, if necessary, Odor Control Unit (OCU) for removal of remaining odor.

FOR KITCHEN EXHAUST

1.           Smoke and odorous gases produced by cooking are pulled into exhaust hood and further are forced to pass through Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) where visible air pollution (smoke) is removed.

Unlike any other ESP in its class, our very powerful Air Clean ESP will oxidize invisible odorous gases as they pass through, significantly reducing odor emission. No other competitive ESP is powerful enough to do both smoke and odor control.

2.           If very high degree of odor control is required, Air Clean Odor Control Unit (OCU) will eliminate malodors using cutting-edge oxidizing technology. Odorous gas molecules are oxidized and become non-odorous.

Unsurpassed efficiency of Air Clean Pollution Control System is explained by simple fact that it is specifically designed for kitchen exhaust use.

Competitive systems are designed for light-duty applications such as cigarette smoke, welding smoke, oil mist, etc. and then applied to such a heavy-duty application as commercial kitchen exhaust where pollutant concentrations can be up to hundred times higher.

Therefore it has unique features not found anywhere else: look under AIR CLEAN ESP Unique Features.
